Real Madrid's Gareth Bell, Karim Benzema (2) and Sergio Ramos scored in the 17th, 49th, 61th and 65th minutes.
At the top of the table, the Liga team is crowned with a full score with 9 points, while the visitors have one point at the bottom.
The Meringue was led by Julien Lopegeti, who scored six points in the first two rounds, beating Getafe (2-0) and Girona (4-1).
Real will wait for Barcelona and Huesca on Sunday.
