We review the schedule of matches and the last edition of the Champions League

Liverpool will play in the 2018/19 Champions League in Group C with Paris St Germain of France, Napoli of Italy and Red Star Belgrade of Serbia.

The dates of the six group matches of Egyptian international Mohamed Salah were confirmed by the UEFA after the draw in Monaco.

The opening match for German Jurgen Klopp against Paris Saint-Germain will be played on Tuesday (September 18th) at Anfield, with the final against Napoli.

We review the schedule of matches and the last edition of the Champions League:

First match - Tuesday 18 September: Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain "Anfield".

Second match - Wednesday, October 3: Naples and Liverpool.

Third match - Wednesday 24 October: Liverpool and the red star "Anfield".

Match 4 - Tuesday 6 November: Red Star and Liverpool.

Fifth match - Wednesday 28 November: Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool.

Sixth match - Tuesday December 11: Liverpool and Naples "Anfield".

Liverpool won the last edition of the Champions League after the loss of Real Madrid in the final (3-1), in an encounter that saw the injury of Egyptian Mohamed Salah in the
